Austrian cellist, Florian Kitt returns to Hubbard Hall.  With a cello made by Shushan Luthier Geoffrey Ovington, his performance has been described as “masterly, a blazingly impressive exhibition of really big playing” by The Daily Telegraph.  Florian Kitt is one of the best exponents of the contemporary cello repertoire. Following his debut at the Konzerthaus in Vienna 1964 he has appeared as soloist with many leading orchestras and conductors, giving cello recitals, and made numerous recordings of his extensive repertoire drawing from both classical and romantic works.
