A slower paced workout that helps to restore flexibility by safely loosening your connective tissue and enhancing mobility. This low-impact workout is designed for most levels and can increase body awareness, help with injury recovery, improve posture and provide overall stress relief.

You will need an exercise mat, small towel, and water bottle.
