Healing Arts Studio at the Freight Depot

In this class we will gently and mindfully build strength, release held tension and encourage flexibility and suppleness. We take time to feel and listen to our bodies. We use breath, movement, meditation, humor, and curiosity as our pathways to a more balanced self. The magic ingredient is our wonderful, inclusive community! These classes are paced according to student’s needs. Variations are offered to allow for a more accessible and beneficial experience.
