Healing Arts Studio at the Freight Depot

A gentle class open for all levels. This is an invigorating yoga practice where breath, movement and mindfulness ebb and flow in a moving meditation. This perfect yogic synchronization can be euphoric, powerful, mesmerizing and relaxing. The element of time and pacing allow for postural integrity, mindfulness, strength building and stability.  Our practice will be a slow flow with bursts of energetic sequencing to raise energy.
