Essentrics (TM) Release, Rebalance & Restore : This class is aimed at regaining your mobility while slowly building strength and reawakening the power of your 650 muscles. This class is designed for those who may have atrophy-related stiffness, like frozen shoulders, chronic aches and pains or for those looking to improve overall flexibility. For men and women of all ages who are looking for a gentle, slow tempo class.Wear comfortable clothing, bring a workout mat, small towel, and water bottle. Drop ins welcome!
